My husband and I walked into Robert’s with my wedding ring to possibly upgrade the diamond in the middle of the setting. Our wedding anniversary on the horizon brought my husband to thoughts of upgrading in a fashion to let me know how he values my love. Just the thought of him wanting to do this set my heart to flowing over with joy. Lindsey and John the jeweler made it all happen with ease. They made the experience extra special for us both. Cause let’s face it… it’s not everyday a girl gets a new diamond! When I saw the completed work it took my breath away!! Over the years, I have had several pieces of jewelry worked on, cleaned, and sized with several different employees at Robert’s Jewelers. I can honestly say that every person I have ever had assist me have been so friendly, kind, and professional. In 2023, my husband told me to go pick out the ring that I wanted. I couldn’t find exactly what I wanted, Josh helped me as I designed the ring I wanted, Once I had everything picked out, Josh introduced me to Kayla, the lovely lady that would custom make my ring. Josh text me regularly on the progress of my ring. The craftsmanship was amazing. The customer service was amazing. I highly recommend Robert’s Jewelers for all your jewelry needs.

This Jewelry store has just about anything you are looking for and with the smiling staff, makes it a wonderful experience every time I or my family go there. My daughter, Isabella (age 4), loves to shop there and they always treat her with respect and help her choose jewelry for herself and her mother. We have been shopping there for birthdays, anniversaries, mother's day, Christmas, and any other special occasion and with their help are able to find the perfect gifts.
